NEW: VIDEOSYNC MCP

Run your events from your AI tool

Connect Videosync to Claude, ChatGPT or any AI tool that supports MCP. Then create, manage and analyze your webinars just by asking. Most event platforms still leave you exporting spreadsheets. Videosync works where you already work.

Your event data shouldn't be stuck in your event platform

Your team already uses AI to write, analyze and plan. But with a typical webinar platform, getting event data into that AI still means a lot of manual work.

With a typical webinar platform

  • ✕ Export the attendee list to a spreadsheet
  • ✕ Download the transcript and paste it into an AI chat
  • ✕ Copy the findings by hand into your CRM
  • ✕ Log in again to change the landing page
  • ✕ Build the report from screenshots

With Videosync MCP

One request in the AI tool you already have open:

"Summarize yesterday's webinar, add the hottest leads to HubSpot and put next month's date on the landing page."

Your AI tool does the rest, across Videosync and the other tools it is connected to.

Imagine asking your AI tool to...

These all work today. You write them the way you'd brief a colleague.

Analyze

"Go through the transcript of yesterday's webinar and pull out every question about pricing, and what we answered."

Your AI tool reads the event transcript straight from Videosync. No download, no copy and paste, no file to clean up first.

Follow up

"Add the five most engaged attendees to HubSpot with a note on what they asked."

When your AI tool is also connected to your CRM, the insight goes where your sales team works, in the same conversation.

Edit

"Update the landing page for next week's webinar: new speaker, darker background, bigger logo."

The change lands on your real event page. Content, speakers, agenda and styling are all within reach.

Report

"Write a one-page summary of how today's webinar went for the leadership team."

Attendance, engagement and the questions that came in, turned into a summary you can send before the end of the day.

Look back

"Compare this quarter's investor webinars with the same quarter last year."

Your event history becomes something you can ask about, not something you have to export and build a spreadsheet from.

How it works

1

Connect once

Add Videosync to the AI tool your team already uses. Your IT team can find the technical details in our documentation.

2

Ask in plain language

Describe what you need the way you would to a colleague. Your AI tool works out which Videosync actions to take.

3

Review and publish

New events are created hidden. Nothing goes public until someone on your team publishes it.

A new way in, the same platform underneath

The MCP connection doesn't create a second copy of your events or a separate system to maintain. Your AI tool works on the same events, pages and data your team sees in Videosync, with the same EU data hosting and ISO 27001-certified security.

Questions about Videosync MCP

What is MCP?

MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is an open standard that lets AI tools connect to other software. Videosync's MCP connection gives your AI tool access to your events, so it can read, create and change them on your behalf.

Which AI tools does it work with?

Any AI tool that supports MCP connections, such as Claude and ChatGPT. Many tools built for developers and enterprises support it too, and the list keeps growing.

Do I need to be technical to use it?

No. Once Videosync is connected, you just write what you want in your AI tool. The connection is set up once, and our team can help with that.

Can the AI publish something by mistake?

New events are created hidden, and nothing is public until someone publishes it. Changes to an existing event do take effect immediately, just as they would if you made them yourself, so your AI tool should confirm bigger changes with you first.

Can I combine Videosync with my other tools?

Yes. Your AI tool can work with every service you've connected to it, so Videosync data can flow into your CRM, documents or team chat in a single request.
